Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your TabbyTux order. This policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds work.

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which you received it, with any original packaging and accessories.

Start a return by emailing tabbytux@myyahoo.com with your order number and the reason for the request. If your return is accepted, we will send return instructions and the correct return address. Items sent back without prior authorization might not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.

Return shipping

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, TabbyTux will cover reasonable return shipping when a return is required. For other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.

Exceptions

Gift cards, personalized items, and products clearly marked final sale cannot be returned except where required by law. We also cannot accept an item that has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery. Contact us if you are unsure whether your item is eligible.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item after approval and place a new order once the return is accepted.

European Economic Area and United Kingdom

If your order is delivered to the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to cancel or return an eligible order within 14 days. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect an approved return. If the refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider might need additional time to post the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact tabbytux@myyahoo.com.
